6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
3 tablespoons of flour
1 to 1 1/2 pounds. fish fillet
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of sliced parsley
Cut 2 tablespoons chives

- Mix cheese and flour in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the fish into a flour mixture and sprinkle on all sides.
